Pick Sign Up in the bar, give an email address and a password, and confirm the link that arrives. An employer account and a candidate account are the same account; what you can do is decided by the plan attached to it.
Search from the box on the home page, or open Jobs and filter by category, location and type. Every filter is a plain URL, so a search worth keeping can be bookmarked or shared.
Yes. Choose a plan on the pricing page, then use Post A Job. A posting goes live once the payment clears and stays live for the number of days the plan allows.
A company name, a description of the role, a location and a way to apply. Everything else — salary band, seniority, deadline — is optional, though listings that include a salary get roughly twice the applications.
Open the posting and use Apply Now. The form asks for a name, an email and a link to your CV. Applications go to the employer directly; this board does not sit between you and them.
Matching runs on the category, the location type and the seniority on the posting, weighted by what you have applied to before. Nothing is hidden from search because of it — matching decides what is suggested, not what exists.
