Job Description
CodeCrafter moves large retailers off platforms they have outgrown. The design work is migration work: every screen has a predecessor someone is attached to.
Responsibilities
- Lead design on one of the three storefront surfaces.
- Mentor two mid-level designers, properly rather than nominally.
- Work with merchandising on what a category page has to do.
Required Skills
- Seven years in product design, three of them on commerce.
- Shipped something at scale and can say what broke.
- Happy to spend a week in a warehouse if the problem is there.
